The Loft is a beautiful meeting room space which is adjacent to the main space. With high ceilings, wooden beams, plants and 4 large windows that surround the venue allowing floods of natural light to come in all day.
Perfect for workshops, small team meetings and remote company meet-ups. The venue comfortably hosts up to 12 guests - with a boardroom table, sofas, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a large 75” presentation screen, whiteboards and super fast wifi. The meeting room space can also be hired alongside The Treehouse.

Peak days (Tue, wed, thur):
£600 full day (up to 8 hrs)
£300 half day (up to 4 hrs)
Off peak days (Mon, fri, sat):
£450 full day (up to 8 hrs)
£250 half day (up to 4 hrs)

The meeting room space is on the 3rd floor and there is no lift access
Access times: 07:00-22:00. Security deposit: £250 (returns processed on Fridays).
Dry hire venue: enjoy the flexibility of external catering, local food delivery, off-site dining or bringing your own food onsite.
As a dry hire venue we are happy for you to bring in food and drink/alcohol or organise catering externally.

Yes, the kitchen is fully functional. It includes a double oven and 4 gas hobs, a large Fridge/Freezer and large Island worktop.

A dedicated events manager will be on site to meet you, show you around and get you setup with the tech. They’ll stay on hand for the duration of your booking incase you need any help throughout the day and will pop over to say bye before you head off.

Yes, we love dogs! As long as you let us know before the day that there will be a pooch we are more than happy for guests to bring their dogs along. 🐾
